Polestar App
The Polestar app allows you to have direct contact with your car. You can connect the Polestar app to your car during setup, but you can also do it later in profile settings.
The Polestar app is available for iPhone and Android phones. You can download it for free from you phone's app store. The app is updated regularly, so make sure that you have the latest version on your phone.
Note
The Polestar app and your car need to be connected to the internet for all services to work properly. You also need to give your consent to Polestar services and Internet terms of services in privacy settings before using the app.
Here are a few things you can do in the Polestar app:
- Lock and unlock doors
- Start and stop parking climate control
- Check the battery level, lock status and other car statuses
- See the car's position
