Creating a Polestar ID
Create your Polestar ID in the Polestar app on your phone or on Polestar's website.
If you want to use the Polestar app to create your Polestar ID, make sure that you have the latest version installed on your phone.
Open the app on your phone or go to polestar.com.
Note
If you use the website, make sure that you are signed in.
Select the option to create a new Polestar ID and follow the instructions.
Note
After creating your Polestar ID, you may need to confirm your email address to fully activate your account.
