Activating animal mode
If you need to leave your pet in the car, you can activate animal mode to keep the climate system running in auto mode.
Warning
Never leave a child or pet unattended in your car. You are responsible for their safety and well-being. Some regions have laws prohibiting people or pets being left inside a locked vehicle.
Note
The function will automatically turn off when the car's battery level reaches 20%.
When animal mode is active, all window controls are disabled.
Press the fan symbol 
in the bottom bar.

Turn it on and confirm the setting by pressing Turn animal mode on.
A message is shown in the centre display to let people outside the car know that the function is active. The interior temperature is also displayed.
Animal mode is automatically turned off when you start the car.
