Charging status in the charging port

You can see the car's current charging status in the charging port.
ColourColour nameDescription
White, solidCharging port location light.
Yellow, solidThe charging cable is attached and charging initiates.
Yellow, pulsatingThe charging process is stopped.
Green, pulsatingCharging is in progress.
Blue, solidCharging is scheduled for later.
Green, solidCharging is complete.
Red, pulsatingThe car is locked and no key is detected when the cable release button is pressed. Make sure a key is within range or unlock the car with an NFC1 key before trying again. If the problem persists, contact Polestar Customer Support.
Red, solidCharging fault. Check the displays for additional information. Always make sure that the charging cable is correctly connected to the car's charging port and that the power source, such as the cable or the charging station, works correctly. If an error is indicated, try to disconnect the cable from the car then reconnect it and re-initiate charging to see if the problem is solved. If the problem persists, contact Polestar Customer Support.
