Press the SOS button to contact Polestar Assistance, or an emergency call centre in an emergency situation.

Automatic collision alarm with Polestar Connect

If a collision occurs, the car reports this automatically to Polestar Assistance or an emergency call centre, which can send out emergency assistance.

Sending a destination to the car's navigation system via Polestar Assistance

Contact Polestar Assistance to have destinations sent directly to the car's navigation system.

Remote vehicle immobiliser with Polestar Connect

If the car is stolen, an immobiliser can be activated remotely.

The car can be unlocked remotely via Polestar Assistance. It can also be locked and unlocked using the Polestar 1 app.
