Through our partnership with concert event Rosendal Garden Party, Polestar 2 will now host the world’s first livestreamed, in-car music festival, featuring performances by GAYLE, The National, Linn Koch-Emmery, and Daniela Rathana. Drivers of Polestar 2 will be able to stream a different set by the aforementioned artists each night of the festival (see sidebar).

Taking place on the picturesque island of Djurgården in Stockholm’s archipelago from June 8th to the 11th, Rosendal Garden Party’s lineup also features The Strokes, Florence + The Machine, Tyler, The Creator, Wet Leg, and Albin Lee Meldau.

And of course, the collaboration is about more than streaming live sets from the festival to the all-electric fastback. Rosendal Garden Party will make use of the methodology we implemented in our LCA reports to measure and understand how they can reduce the climate footprint of the event and its visitors.

Streaming enables a wide variety of content to be consumed on an equally wide variety of devices. Thanks to the Rosendal collaboration, music festivals and EVs can now be added to that list.
