The upholstery options for Polestar 3 merge expert artisanship with a mindful use of resources to add true refinement to the interior space.
Perforated Nappa leather
Working with acclaimed automotive leather suppliers Bridge of Weir ensures that our perforated Nappa upholstery adheres to strict animal welfare and quality standards. It’s chrome-free, traceable, and available in Zinc, Charcoal, or Dune.

Animal welfare-certified Wool
Wool makes a comfortable upholstery option, being warm in winter, cool in summer, and inherently breathable. The yarn can be traced back to its farm of origin, assuring a responsible approach to land management and animal treatment.

Bio-attributed MicroTech
MicroTech is equally soft and resilient, composed of bio-attributed vinyl and recycled polyester carrier. A fully vegan material, it complements the minimalistic interior aesthetic and comes in Charcoal as standard. With an upgrade, MicroTech comes in Nebula with a modern quilted design.

The base and inlay carpets in Polestar 3 are based on ECONYL® polyamide, a material derived from both pre- and post-consumer waste.

The deco options for Polestar 3 offer two distinctive forms of interior elegance, each highlighting the car’s circular qualities in unique ways.
Black ash deco
Inspired by furniture design, our Black ash deco sports a unique finish gained by staining the physical wood structure, enabling material waste reduction without compromising on quality or aesthetic.

Repurposed aluminium
Sourced from 80% post-industrial waste, the aluminium deco balances material circularity with modern design.
Panoramic roof
Adding a spacious feeling to the Polestar 3 interior, the panoramic roof is made of acoustic, laminated glass that lowers cabin noise levels and decreases ultraviolet radiation by 99.5%. Besides reducing glare and heat from the sun, it also enhances climate control efficiency.
Electrochromic roof available as an upgrade.
Electrochromic glass roof
The optional electrochromic film adds a layer of liquid crystals to the glass of the panoramic roof to reduce glare. It enables the glass to be set as opaque or transparent via the centre display, allowing it to reflect light or let it pass through. The added double infrared-coating provides even better climate control efficiency.

Ambient lighting
The ambience is in the details. Like the minimalist white or Swedish gold LED lighting. It’s integrated into the instrument panel and the door sides to highlight and enhance the interior design.
Front seating
Sporty and engaging without compromising on comfort. Polestar 3 has a seating position with a character entirely unique to any other SUV. One that’s designed to deliver a uniquely connected and in-control experience, with great visibility in all directions.

Driver profiles
Share Polestar 3 without worrying about driver’s seat adjustments. The onboard software stores the preferred seating position for up to 6 drivers and loads the right settings upon detecting an authorised key.
Massage function
True comfort comes with five massage modes and up to three levels of intensity, available for the driver and front passenger.

Ventilation
With up to three settings, the front seat ventilation system uses fans inside the seat base and backrest to pull air into the upholstery, providing a welcome breeze on hotter days.

Heating
Both front seats come with individually controlled electric heating as standard, keeping things cosy in even the coldest weather.
Rear seating
The first-class cabin experience extends to rear seats, combining curated materials, generous space, and individual heating controls for optimal comfort.
Comfort
Comfy materials mean little without the space to enjoy them. For passengers in the rear, the completely flat floor and pushed-back seating provide the extra legroom needed for true luxury electric performance.
Heating
The two outer rear seats can be heated with individual temperature controls. A touch screen between the front seats allows passengers to control their own heated seats.

Climate control
Advanced climate controls allow Polestar 3 occupants to set the ideal inner cabin environment, even in less than ideal outer conditions.
Advanced Air Cleaner
The most sophisticated air filtration system in any Polestar to date detects air particles down to 2.5 micrometres. The Advanced Air Cleaner exchanges all 3,000 litres of cabin air every minute, filtering out 95% of incoming harmful particles, 97% of viruses, and 99.9% of pollen for fresh breathing air.

Pre-entry climate control
Pre-heating or pre-cooling Polestar 3 while plugged in saves on charge when compared to using climate control while driving. It extends the car’s range and sets a comfortable cabin temperature before the driver gets in.
Heated steering wheel
Trimmed in MicroTech, the heated steering wheel keeps the driving experience warm, comfortable, and fully tactile even in cold weather conditions.

Storage
The storage volume behind Polestar 3’s rear seats from floor to inner roof is 597 litres (including 90 litres available under the floor). Combined with the additional 23.8 litres of storage space under the bonnet, several pieces of luggage can be stowed without hindering the view or the driving experience.
