Download the latest version of the Polestar app or the Polestar 1 to your phone, via e.g. the App Store or Google Play.
Choose to create a Polestar ID.
The website for Polestar ID creation opens. Fill in the requested information.
Check the box to accept the terms and conditions.
Press the button to create a Polestar ID.
An email/SMS will be sent to the address/mobile number you entered. Follow the steps provided in the message to confirm.
Your Polestar ID is now ready to be used.
