To determine if there are any open recalls associated with the vehicle, you can enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) on the Polestar website, www.polestar.com/us/recall-information/, or contact Polestar Customer Support and provide the vehicle identification number (VIN), which can be found at the base of the windshield.

The Whiplash Protection System (WHIPS) is designed to help reduce the risk of whiplash-type injuries. The system consists of energy absorbing backrests and seat cushions as well as specially designed head restraints in the front seats.
