Upholstery
Premium with a purpose. The upholstery options of Polestar 4 coupé combine innovation and a mindful use of resources to create a truly refined interior space.
Bridge of Weir leather
Produced by renowned automotive leather makers Bridge of Weir, the perforated Nappa upholstery adheres to strict animal welfare and quality standards. It’s chrome-free, traceable, and available in Zinc or Charcoal.

Tailored knit
A made-to-size material, Tailored knit is textile innovation inspired by fashion and footwear. The yarn in this premium upholstery is made from 89% recycled PET.

Bio-attributed MicroTech
MicroTech is a combination of bio-attributed vinyl with recycled polyester carrier. This fully vegan material is equally soft and resilient, and features a modern quilt-block design.
The base carpets in Polestar 4 coupé are based on ECONYL® polyamide, a recycled material derived from both pre- and post-consumer waste.
More circular materialsSolar system-inspired illumination
Forming an orbit around the driver and passengers, the solar system-inspired interior illumination creates a calm and immersive ambience. Its white and variable-colour LEDs change the atmosphere by selecting one of the planetary themes on the centre display.
Star knit illuminated deco
The Polestar 4 coupé interior concept replaces the wood and metal deco panels with an ultra-fine, technical mesh textile. The star knit illuminated deco covers the door panels, which can be backlit along with the instrument panel and changes colours together with the solar system-inspired illumination.

Electrochromic glass roof
The optional electrochromic film adds a layer of liquid crystals to the glass of the panoramic roof to reduce glare. By activating it via the centre display, the glass can turn from opaque to transparent, reflecting light or allowing it to pass through.

Front seating
12-way adjustable sports seats with optional massage and ventilation functions. Standard front seat heating and intuitive driver profiles. Because true comfort is customisable.

Massage function
Relax mode. Times four. The optional massage function includes wave, upper back, lumbar, and spot massage settings for both front seats. Individual controls and three intensity levels per mode cater to personal preferences.

Ventilation
Using fans with three settings, the front seat ventilation circulates air through the perforated leather upholstery, providing a welcome breeze on hotter days.

Heating
Both front seats come with electric heating and individual temperature controls to keep things comfortable in even the coldest of weather.
Driver profiles
Share the car without any seat adjustments. Polestar 4 coupé can automatically store the preferred seating position for up to six drivers and prepare the right settings upon detecting an authorised key.
Rear seating
Electric reclining seats, comfort headrests, and rear heating controls extend the first class cabin experience to the passengers in the back.
Electric reclining
The virtual rear window enables the generous head- and legroom in the back, creating a spacious, cocooned environment. The optional electric recliner seats allow the seat backs to be angled to 34 degrees for an even more relaxing drive.

Comfort headrests
The absence of a rear window allows the upgraded rear headrests to be bigger as they won’t obscure the view. As a result, they add even more comfort to an already elevated passenger experience.

Rear heating
Tested and developed in the Arctic Circle, the heated rear seats will provide the ideal inner temperature in less than ideal outside temperatures.

Cabin comfort
Progressive design and innovative climate controls allow occupants to set the cabin space to the ideal environment.
Quiet ride
Obsessive engineering, flush glazing, and a long wheelbase make Polestar 4 coupé an exceptionally quiet EV. Perfect for a peaceful drive, or for listening to music and podcasts without obtrusive car and road noise.
PM 2.5 air filtration
The optional particulate matter sensor monitors the outside air for dust, pollution, and pollen particles. The cabin filter traps detected particles down to 2.5 micrometres, which is less than the width of a human hair.

3-zone climate control
The 3-zone climate system brings comfort to a more personal level, allowing the rear passengers to set the temperature in their part of the cabin. The rear facing touch screen with the controls is placed between the front seats.

Pre-entry climate control
The climate control system can be set in advance via the Polestar app or the car’s centre display. This enables a more comfortable start to the journey ahead, even before getting in the car.
Animal mode
Animal mode keeps a set temperature, activates the climate system, and shows a message on the centre display, ensuring passersby that there's no need for heroics. Your pet is safe.
Keep climate mode
Keep climate mode can be set with a timer to remain on for up to 8 hours, or until it is deactivated manually or automatically when the car dips below 20% state of charge.
Storage
Folding the rear seats down expands the total volume from 526 litres to 1,536 litres, and Polestar 4 coupé’s virtual window means cargo can be stacked to the brim without blocking rear visibility. There’s room under the floor for smaller items, and the floor level can be adjusted to suit the cargo.
