Emergency assistance with Polestar Connect

In the event of an emergency, press the SOS button to contact Polestar assistance.

In the event of a collision, the vehicle can automatically call Polestar assistance, which can then summon emergency assistance.

If you suspect the vehicle has been stolen, you can use the Polestar app to contact Polestar Assistance for help attempting to locate the vehicle.

If you get a flat tire, have a dead battery, etc. you can summon assistance using the CONNECT button or the Polestar app.

Polestar assistance can offer assistance in the event of a breakdown or if your vehicle unexpectedly becomes immobilized.
