Calling Polestar Assistance for roadside assistance

You can press the CONNECT button in the vehicle ceiling to contact Polestar Assistance for roadside assistance.1 For example, if you experience any unpredictable problems on the road, such as if your vehicle's battery runs out of charge, your vehicle breaks down or you get a flat tire.

 Note

Not for emergencies

If you need assistance in an emergency situation, press the SOS button instead. Situations that could require immediate emergency assistance include traffic accidents, acute illness and external threats.

Using Polestar Assistance abroad

If you press the CONNECT button when you are abroad, you will reach Polestar Assistance in your home country.

You can also use the Polestar app to contact Polestar Assistance.
CONNECT button in overhead console

The CONNECT button is located on the ceiling, on the left side of the overhead console.

Press and hold the CONNECT button for at least 3 seconds.

The vehicle will make a voice call to Polestar Assistance. It will also send information such as its location and status.

The Polestar Assistance call center will try to communicate with the vehicle occupants to find out what kind of help you need.

If the voice call fails, the Polestar Assistance call center has the ability to respond based on information sent by the vehicle.
